These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eagle Eye Security website at eagleeyesec.net and any services, products, or communications provided by Eagle Eye Security ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a quote request, purchasing services, or opting in to communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2 Services

Eagle Eye Security provides professional security camera installation, system configuration, and related technical services for residential and commercial properties in Southern Middle Tennessee, North Alabama, Southern Kentucky, and surrounding areas at our discretion.

Service Scope

All services are subject to site assessment and final pricing confirmation. Quoted prices are estimates and may vary based on property layout, cable run length, mounting complexity, wall or attic access, travel distance, and other site-specific factors.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances, with reasonable advance notice.

3 Pricing and Payment

• Starter package pricing begins at $399.00 installed and is subject to change based on site conditions.
• Additional cameras, longer cable runs, elevated mounting, or commercial builds are quoted separately.
• Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods as agreed at time of service.
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned payment fee.

4 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful installation, you agree to:

• Provide safe, reasonable access to all areas where cameras or equipment will be installed.
• Ensure power outlets are accessible at or near installation locations.
• Inform us of any known hazards, HOA restrictions, or building regulations prior to installation.
• Ensure a responsible adult (18+) is present during the entire installation.
• Provide an active internet connection if remote viewing or cloud features are desired.

5 Warranty and Workmanship

Our standard workmanship warranty covers installation defects and labor for 90 days from the date of installation. Hardware warranty is subject to the manufacturer's terms and does not extend beyond the manufacturer's warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, tampering, power surges, lightning, or acts of nature
• Issues from modifications made by the customer or third parties after installation
• Equipment damage from mounting locations requested against our recommendation
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

6 Limitation of Liability

Eagle Eye Security is not responsible for losses, damages, theft, injury, or criminal acts that occur on your property regardless of whether a security camera system is installed and operational. Our systems assist with monitoring and deterrence, but we make no guarantee that any system will prevent crime or capture usable footage in all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7 SMS Text Messaging

By opting in to receive text messages from Eagle Eye Security, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages including appointment reminders, service updates, promotional offers, and — for team members — dispatch and scheduling notifications.

8 Franchise Opportunities

Information regarding franchise opportunities is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a franchise offering, binding agreement, or guarantee of income or results. Franchise arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement and applicable state and federal disclosure requirements.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on eagleeyesec.net — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Eagle Eye Security or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written permission.

10 Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content or practices and accept no responsibility for them. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties' own terms and privacy policies.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lincoln County, Tennessee under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lincoln County, Tennessee.

13 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
